Nicole Krapf, LMFT

Welcome! I am glad you are here.

My name is Nicole and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Marriage and Family Therapists are trained in systems theory. This framework helps me to ‘zoom out’ and take into account all of the different systems that may be impacting your health, relationships, and wellbeing. I can support you in exploring and identifying the internal and external systems that impact the relationship you have with yourself and others. I can support you in not only addressing your symptoms, but deepening the understanding that you have of yourself and your family.

I have a heart for working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families. I have specialized training and experience working with those who are neurodivergent, and am passionate about providing neurodivergent affirming care. I am not here to fix you. I am here to collaborate with you to discover your unique strengths, interests, and support needs. I integrate mindfulness, parts work, therapeutic play, and self compassion skills to aid in processing, healing, and emotion regulation.

My commitment is to provide you with a safe space, where you can feel comfortable expressing and exploring all parts of yourself. There is no judgment here. All parts of you are welcome. My hope for you is that therapy can be a place where you can practice vulnerability and truly let yourself be. It is my job to create and foster that sacred space for you. I embrace and value the power of human connection and believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship.Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences matter. You matter. I am looking forward to hearing your story and connecting with you.
